45 ml Smirnoff vodka
15 ml banana liqueur infuse jackfruit
30 ml squeeze soursop juice
10 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml barmade pandan syrup
Top with spice coconut foam
Spice coconut foam ingredient :
300 ml coconut water
200ml coconut puree
10 pcs clove
5 pcs star anise
1 stick cinnamon
1 stick vanilla
50 ml sugar syrupMethod : Shaking
Glass : balloon old fashioned
Garnish : dried banana on the rim of the glass and pandan leaf
