Mid Week Jive is the premiere event from Treebar Organic Artisant Indigo Hotel Seminyak as an introduction, this event collaborated with DIAGEO products CIROC, Bulleit, and The Singleton also featuring Borty Jessika head mixologist of Treebar X Sufian head mixologist of Sugar Sand Beach Club. Mid Week Jive concept is taken from Hump days concept, which as people started to chillax after their rustic days on the early weekdays as well. Mid Week Jive will be held weekly until June 13 on every Wednesday at 5 pm – 10 pm with different concept and the guest will be accompanied by live acoustic performance started from 8 pm from Paper Heart Burns.
The concept of this week, there are 6 recipes cocktails with main base DIAGEO products and bespoke (guest request) cocktails based on available ingredients and special presentation, Borty Jessika made 3 recipes, such as Umami Fashioned, Mon Cheri, and Manx Collins. Umami Fashioned is one of unique recipe, because it based on old fashion twist with Japanese style and ingredients also such as Bulleit bourbon, Matcha & ginger, Angostura bitters and garnish with seaweed. Also from Sufian there are 3 unique recipes, such as Speedo Fizz, Garl Highball, and Whig’s tipple. The most unique is Garl Highball with their garnish smoke cinnamon and ingredients based on Ciroc Vodka, Pineapple, Pickled ginger, Peychaud’s bitters, Cinnamon, Soda.
