Local Manager Collective as a community that its member are the local managers, set up the 9th gathering in Kayu Bakar Restaurant, Canggu on Tuesday, June 26th 2018. This event continuously held as a place to hang out and share the latest issues on tourism, especially in the field of FnB management. “We are glad to become the host for this gathering, hopefully, next year LMC could embrace all the manager in Bali, so we can exchange info and share the knowledge, and produce the new leader,” said Bapak Arai, the manager of Kayu Bakar Restaurant.
In his speech, Komang Darma, the board of LMC said, “The board of LMC hopes that in the future could develop the younger generations to reach manager level, and for every member of LMC we hope ready to develop the younger generation without thinking about something in return, so our human resource could go forward.”
In that event, the board of Himpunan Bartender Indonesia (HBI) make their presence. In the future, those two will synergy to move forward to Bali’s tourism industry, especially in the FnB field. “We have the same visions and missions to develop the local human resource to ready compete in this global era, it’s better for us to collaborate to maximize the programs that we planned,” said Bayu Hendra.
Hopefully, by its existence, Local Manager Community could help to level up the local human resource and keep its support to other communities such as Himpunan Bartender Indonesia (HBI) which have the same visions and missions.
