Flashback from Indigo Hotel Seminyak present Neighbourhood Brunch and last week Sunday, 27 May 2018 it was the 3rd week, this event started from 12 pm – 3 am and this event will be held at the same time and location for every Sunday. The concept represents neighbourhood stories in culinary section featuring Indigo Hotel Café & Bar outlets Makase, Pottery Café, Salon Bali and Tree Bar. This weekend event not only attended by in-house visitor, but also many visitors from outside especially nearby who want to taste delicious free flow Brunch cuisine from Indigo Hotel as well.
For the starter Neighbourhood Brunch experience, Makase presents a melting pot of flavours from Seminyak—an area known to be littered with great restaurants of many culinary backgrounds—which you can find an open kitchen concept featuring live stations such as, fried dim sum, pizza, banh mi, as well as buffet spread of local’s favourites like nasi goreng, mie goreng, satay and many more. Continue for another culinary journey into the realm of Balinese delights at Salon Bali, which they served Babi Guling or suckling pig, and also the freshest choice of seafood grill along Seminyak coastlines. After finished all foods experience, its time to drink at Tree Bar and their talented Mixologist will serve BALIXOLOGYTM cocktails are specially created infusing the art of mixology with Balinese liquor, or Arak, with locally-sourced herbs.
