Bali Chef Community (BCC) celebrate their 1st anniversary on April 24th 2018 in Megah Food Trading that located in Jalan Dewi Sri Kuta. BCC is the community that is an umbrella organization for executive chef in Bali. It’s a place to share experiences and the development of culinary world and enjoys the day after hours of work.
Along with the 1st anniversary they held a charity event. The other community and association that are link to the world of Food and Beverage in Bali are at their presence.
The head of BCC, Chef Putu Ambara along with his deputy, Ketut Swastika said that “BCC always want to build a strong connection with other community and association in this field, so there will be a positive synergy to develop Bali’s tourism”. Chef Nyoman Pica as the general secretary of BCC also said that, “In the future, BCC will linked to particular association go forward professionally along with competent profession such as bartenders, chefs, service- food beverage. “hopefully that BBC can be a positive community that can moving culinary industry forward along with the other community” thus Mr. Bayu Hendra, the head of HBI (Himpunan Bartender Indonesia).
