Taken place at Jackson Lily’s, one of the Asian Fusion theme new restaurant in Seminyak, Local Manager Collective (LMC) as a community that its members are the young executive in hospitality business, become special guest for menu trial and products of Jackson Lily’s. “The aim that we are invites friends from LMC as our special guest and offered the gathering place for them is to introduce Jackson Lily’s as a decent restaurant to visit around Seminyak. Because the member of LMC are competent in hospitality business, surely the can give us the positive input. In this occasion, we inform that the grand opening of Jackson Lily’s will be held in May and will open for public.” Said Made Sujana, the restaurant manager of Jackson Lily’s.
LMC itself is a community that its purpose is to maximalize the local wisdom by sharing the experience and coaching. Thus wishes can inspire the younger generation to moved Bali’s tourism industry forward. The regeneration in this field hopefully create the new leaders of hospitality business. The activity that is in their agenda are social activity such as helped the have not, visiting orphanage, etc.
Other community and organization that make their appearance in this gathering are ABA (Asia Bartender Association), and HBI ( Himpunan Bartender Indonesia/ Indonesia Bartender Association). “We are invited other friends in hospitality field to build a close communication and make a positive cooperation. In the future this kind of activity will involve more community and will more often to organize” said Ari Putra, the head of LMC
This activity gets positive responses from other community in hospitality field, one of them from Bayu Hendra of HBI who said that this activity can be the “cure” of days of works and could emerge the fresh ideas. He said that “This activity is good because it can be the site of the subject of tourism industry, especially from food and beverage field to gather together and give us the fresh ideas.”
