Arlin is one of top 5 contestants on The journey of Captain Mojito Mixologist 2018 burst 1, she started her carrier as Bartendress since 4 years ago. At the first, she began her training in Anantara Seminyak during 6 months and she enriched her experience in Kudeta about a half and year, Kiln restaurant and currently, she’s working on Blow Bar Seminyak. The reasons why she’s become Bartendress, she really passionate and interest in bar life and bartending, then she wants to pursue it for became professional as well.
During her experience as Bartendress, Arlin gives her some spot to rising her name in 2 competitions. First, she won the 2nd place in PBA (PNI Bar Academy) in 2016 with her signature recipe vodka crystal head, raspberry, rosemary, passion fruit, lemon, and simple syrup. Her biggest challenge on the competition is in challenge market with top 7 contestants, she needs to buy her own ingredients with the specific time, and she made execution with the fast thought about how to serve it with basic spirit Famous Grouse Whisky and she made her own recipe Queen Victoria. After success on the previous competition, she joins The Journey of Captain Mojito Mixologist 2018 burst 1 and became top 5 contestant with her recipe RBT Sojito and Red Random, she will compete with another top 5 from burst 1-3 on the final round. Her newest competition is Highlight Bartending Competition 2018 “Artist Behind The Bar” from The Bar Times Magazine and will be announced soon.
Arlin is easy going and hard worker person, with her favorite drink Pinacolada and vodka cranberry. She gives a moral lesson as bartendress who mainly working with the man to get along & try to be fit around, keep professional and equal, also can handle the man with their logical ego. Beside that she also encourages young bartender/bartendress for always keep trying, not only satisfied with how beautiful cocktails look like on the outside but also need to keep pay attention to ingredients and garnish quality.
