Mid Jive Week is coming back, this week it has another recipe from their house featuring Borty Jessika the head mixologist of Treebar X Sufian head mixologist of Sugar Sand Beach Club. Mid Week Jive’s concept is taken from Hump days concept, which is people started to chill after their rustic days on their early weekdays. This event started from 6 pm – 9 pm and at the same time on the next event as well. Enjoy the sunset vibe with special cocktails with live acoustic from different band every Wednesday. Last week performer was paper heart burns and this week live performance will be Brewok band.
This week, there are 6 cocktails variant, Borty Jessika made 3 recipes such as : Manga Manga, Smoke in a Pancake and Not Negroni. One of the unique recipe is Smoke in a Pancake, the cocktail served inside smoke jar and small bottle. This cocktail based on vodka, banana, blueberry, and honey. Recipes from Sufian is Jujube, Cucumis Sativus, and Up Tiki! The unique recipe is Jujube that based on Gin, earl grey, lemon, guava and egg white also served on tea glass, so cute as strong gin combine with English tea concept.
