Gin 1717 as the premium Gin Bar in Ubud held their premiere bartender take over event on Sunday, June 17, 2018. At this event, the bartender guest is Yudhistira, the Mixologist of Romeos Bar & Grillery Legian, Bali. He has aesthetic and unique style, also well known as Metal Bartender and also had achievement in some mixologist competition such as Captain Mojito, Viking Flair Competition Mixologist categories, Java Cocktail Championship, and so on.
There are 5 cocktails recipe has been served and 2 of recipes are created by him based on Empire Gin and Giffard syrup, he made 1945 Cocktail pairing with Giffard Agave syrup to create sweet & sour taste and 13pm pairing with Giffard Cucumber syrup to create bitter & fresh taste. Also Cocktail Package including free flow canape and signature from Gin 1717 Jegeg Bali, The Beautiful Kintamani, and Summer Breeze. The guest enjoyed the cocktails accompanied entertaiment by Live Jazz music from Antoine quartet start from 7 pm-11 pm.
