Frestro & Bar held their regular event Cotton Club for every Saturday night, on this satnite 21 April 2018, cotton club series 3 has a special edition of bartender take over with theme art of mixing sponsored by Giffard. Giffard is liqueur and syrups from France since 1885. There are two guest bartender, David Hans Giffard Global Ambassador and Koco Widyatno from The Ritz-Carlton Macau.
The main purpose of this event is to promote and introduce Giffard Liqueur & Syrup brand to Indonesia market before Bali David Hans were promoted Giffard in Pullman Hotel Jakarta. He made 2 specials recipe with representing local foods and something refreshing, because Bali is tropical Island. The first recipe is Summer Tea apples with ingredients Vodka infused jasmine, Green apple & rose apple Giffard syrups, chilled apple juice, fresh lime, and cucumber. The second recipe is Captain Punch, is Classic Pina colada changing into Spicy Pina colada with Giffard coconut syrup, black pepper, chili padi, fresh lemon juice and ginger beer. Koco Widyatno also made 2 specials recipe, such as : Pink Cadillac with ingredients white rum, Giffard blood orange syrup, Madagascar vanilla, pomegranate, line and clarified milk. Another recipe is Mama low are made from Marshmallow gin, gentian liqueur, lemon, Giffard syrup pink grapefruit, egg white.
