Ahoy … Finally, the new figure of Captain Mojito was born, Wednesday June 6th 2018 on the big event of Best of The Best The Journey of Captain Mojito 2018 that held in Lxxy Bali. After the long stages from Burst #1 at Anvaya Resort & Spa, and Burst #2 at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa, then Burst #3 at Indigo Hotel, 13 finalists are competing and they gave market challenge, where they bought ingredients of their own with the small amount of money to create & serve cocktails with “Future Cocktail” theme.
This event organized by Himpunan Bartender Indonesia (HBI) as Indonesian Bartending Association. Wayan Ardita as a treasury of HBI mentions “HBI as umbrella organization will always facilitate bartender to improved their skills and knowledge whether based on competition or training for the younger generation”.
The judges for this final round is Arey Barker (World Class Indonesia Champion 2014), Ayip Dzuhri (World Class Indonesia Champion 2015), Agung Bawartha (Professional Mixologist), Bacudewa Krisna (Professional Mixologist), Bayu Wisesa (World Class Indonesia Champion 2013), Aldho Goenawan (World Class Indonesia Champion 2017), Agung Ari (World Class Indonesia Runner Up 2012).
Amazing performance from the contestant to served cocktails with taste and impressive presentation made the judges very selective to chosen Captain Mojito 2018 figure. Finally, the winner who predicate as Captain Mojito 2018 is I Komang Anik Adiputra (Bikini Restaurant) and he rewarded medal, certificate, merchandise and Rp 15.000.000 cash money. 2nd Place : Pande Gede Ryana Putra (Ayana Resort & SPA Bali) rewarded medal, certificate, merchandise and cash money Rp 7.000.000
3rd Place : Putu Aris Sanjaya (Envie Lounge) rewarded medal, certificate, merchandise and cash money Rp 5.000.000
4th Place : Daniel Gerves (Alila Seminyak) rewarded certificate, merchandise
5th Place : Ni Komang Arlin Widiastuti (Blow Bar Bali) rewarded Sertifikat dan Merchandise.

After that, we choose the big 5 for the next challenge, black box, which they need to make cocktail from unknown ingredients, from this selective competition we found Captain Mojito 2018.
